What happens
after the diagnosis?
The diagnosis is the starting gun, not the finish line. There is help out there - but the everyday can still feel hard. We're building the part that comes after: the rest of your life.
Wiith is a digital community built for people living with bipolar disorder, where you can find and share the stories and experience that actually help with everyday life. Not medical advice. Not crisis support.
Wiith is live today in Denmark. This page introduces the product in English - sign-up and community access run through mitlivmed.dk.
"I'm so tired of explaining myself to people who don't get it."
It's a set of landscapes most people recognize
The Desert
Something feels off. You can sense it before you can name it. You're not alone while you find the words.
The Forest
Most of life with bipolar disorder is lived here: days you feel steady, days that feel heavy, and days you just follow the path.
The Mountain
You know your own patterns and needs. If you want to, your story can become a light for someone else, too.
We're building Wiith around how you actually process things
Your landscape - Desert, Forest, or Mountain - is only part of the picture. People also take in and process things differently. One person feels most at home in the community, reading and replying to stories. Another wants to see their own patterns laid out, almost like a graph, before it clicks. Neither is more "recovered" than the other.
Story & community-led
You get there by hearing how other people worked through it - through the feed, the library, and conversations that feel human.
Structure & pattern-led
You get there by seeing your own data and patterns laid out clearly, then working through them with the Program's tools.
Fine-tuned, not finished
We're actively tuning Wiith's personalization so it adapts to how you learn, rather than asking you to adapt to it. This is ongoing work, not a finished feature.
Together, we work on the same three problems
Finding deeper insight
"3 tips for…" rarely helps when your life has changed. What you need is nuance and context - stories that go a layer deeper, so you can understand yourself and your situation, not just optimize your routine.
Finding the right community
Most support groups are either too broad or too random. You can be standing in one very specific place and still feel alone. What's needed is people who actually recognize where you are - no need to explain everything from scratch.
Finding what's actually relevant
Online, there's endless content. But with limited energy, most of it becomes noise - repetitive, shallow, or badly timed. You need help finding what makes sense right now, in language you understand, without doomscrolling.
What you'll find in the product
Community
A peer feed where members share posts and photos, and respond with real support - not generic likes, but reactions like "here with you" or "same here" - with full reply threads underneath.
Events & feed
A simple, honest calendar of what's actually happening next - community meetups and gatherings, surfaced right in your feed. Add your own event, and others can join in.
Program
A guided space built around 17 practical tools and exercises - grouped around motivation, self-mastery, triggers, and everyday life balance - that turn into a focused conversation whenever you pick one.
AI coach
A conversational coach you can check in with anytime, or use to work through one of the Program tools. It can point you straight to the article, video, or community post that fits what you're going through.
Library - articles
Long-form, first-person stories from members and the founding team - organized by topic: newly diagnosed, treatment, sleep, stigma and language, relationships, coping strategies, and more.
Library - videos
Real video testimonials from members and the founding team, short and long form, with comments and the option to save or share what resonates with you.
Gallery
A space for member-made creative work - painting, photography, handcraft, poetry, and songs - for anyone who processes life with bipolar disorder through making things.
And, just as important, what it isn't
-
A safe digital community for people with bipolar disorder.
We share lived experience through videos and posts, focused on what has actually helped in everyday life.
-
For anyone who wants support and recognition after diagnosis.
Maybe you're looking for hope, recognition, or just someone who's been there before.
-
Something you can use on your own terms.
You don't have to share anything yourself. Follow along, learn, reflect, or contribute - you decide.
-
Moderated content, every time.
Everything is reviewed against guidelines from mental health professionals, so the experience stays safe and respects your privacy.
-
Not (yet) for family and friends.
Loved ones are welcome down the line - we're working on something more tailored for them.
-
Not therapy or treatment.
Wiith is a community and reflection tool. It doesn't replace your clinician.
-
Not medical advice.
We can't assess your situation, diagnose, or recommend medication.
-
Not crisis support.
We can't help in an acute crisis. If you need help right now, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis line.
A few honest answers
